In its third edition, #Heart2Heart by Aster Volunteers saw an unprecedented surge in participation. Over 16,600 enthusiastic individuals from India and the GCC region supported this noble cause.

During this period, individuals were encouraged to register online and commit to walking a minimum of 10,000 steps per day, with INR 100 donated for every 10,000 steps taken.

Participants had the opportunity to win special prizes based on their performance. Top participants in both male and female categories, completing the highest number of eligible steps on October 29, 2023, were recognized and rewarded.

The closing event at Zabeel Park was a vibrant and joyous occasion. Team Aster Volunteers organized various entertainment activities and performances to highlight the importance of healthy living.

A Network of Compassion

Aster DM Healthcare’s Extensive Reach

The initiative, launched in Dubai, UAE, witnessed local chapters organized by units across the Aster DM Healthcare network, including Aster, Medcare, and Access facilities. This extensive network, comprising 33 hospitals, 127 clinics, 527 pharmacies, and 229 labs & patient experience centres, actively encouraged community participation.

Exceeding Expectations

A Remarkable Impact

This year’s ‘Heart2Heart Cares 2023’ initiative exceeded all expectations, surpassing its predecessors. The first two editions, launched on World Heart Day in 2021 and 2022, respectively, also witnessed substantial participation from India and the GCC, resulting in over 8,750 participants and 331 million eligible steps.
